The goal of this project is to help the company with designing and conducting 3DHEALS virtual event user experience research. The goals of the research include the following: 1. Understand the attendee's experience with the current Zoom Event features 3DHEALS uses 2. Understand the attendee's behavior and attitude toward the 3DHEALS event, both before and after the event. 3. Create an effective feedback method to improve the future event experience, encouraging repeat attendance, increased in event engagement score, word of mouth, and even paying for on-demand recordings or becoming a paid member

3DHEALS has hosted more than 50 online events since 2020 focusing on the niche market in health care 3D printing. The goal of this project is to help the company with collecting, cleaning, and analyzing audience data to predict future audience makeup and help with the decision-making of future webinar content to optimize adverting outcomes and user satisfaction. Students will have the opportunity to complete a substantial project surrounding social media channels, analytics tools, and building AI/ML-based algorithms to predict and influence future audience responses. 3DHEALS currently use Zoom for virtual event data acquisition and six channels to promote events, including Mailchimp, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, and Youtube. Occasionally, we also use Google. We have a specific set of metrics that we are aiming for quarterly, paced by our online events.

Students will have the opportunity to complete a substantial project surrounding enterprise sales, learning the art of navigating through small and large organizations to getting a “yes” to our enterprise educational products. Project examples and areas for skill development include but not limited to: Learn CRM tool (customer relationship management) (i.e. Salesforce) Creating a unique industry-focused targeted sales strategy incorporating resources from our marketing team with 12+ social media channels, and data analytics Executing sales strategies, opportunity to trial and error and interact with a variety of international small and large businesses, which range from silicon valley startups, privately held larger companies, to public companies. The students can choose one out of 12+ channels ranging from social media to email campaigns to create a complimentary or comprehensive marketing plan. Develop and implement advertising and promotion campaigns. Our main advertising channels are Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram Marketing. We are open to students developing other relevant advertising strategies on other platforms. Utilize analytics tools and develop solutions for pressing marketing problems. Our major analytics tools are Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and Facebook Analytics. The students will have ample opportunities to learn, utilize, and test out their skills. Digital Content Creation

This position will be responsible to facilitate our Instagram Live Interviews and build our new Youtube Channel To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will: Write blog articles, email newsletters/sequences, and other content pieces to promote the IG live interviews Assist with a social media video launch to promote our organization, by creatively use of Youtube tools Evaluate recent successful user-generated campaigns, preferably in our sector Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to share our story Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, focusing on video content.
