Digital Content Creation
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We specifically are looking for a student to help and gain some experience in some or all of the following areas: - Website blog writing & content creation with SEO tactics - Video production or editing on certain series - Content creation Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Market Expansion Research
Our company requires some assistance in assessing our customer landscape outside of our current market. We want to learn more about customers’ expectations and behaviors in suggested new regions. It is important for us to stay up to date on industry standards to ensure that we research new locations fully and completely before choosing to enter. We have some ideas of where we would like to go but we need to make sure that we consider all available options before making a decision. To consider: Which markets align with our current one? Where are there buyers that we have yet to reach? What are the pros and cons of expanding our operations? What are our best options for warehouse and fulfillment standpoint to operate from Canada. What potential competitors exist in new locations (whether B2C or B2B)? What are the potential go-to-market strategies and tactics to make this possible? What legal and tax protocols need to be considered?

Potential Customer Segmentation Analysis
In this project, we hope to gain insight into customer segments and patterns by analyzing market data on buying behaviors. This will help us enhance and refocus our marketing efforts by being able to identify the needs of each segment, reach them most effectively, and address any pain points they face. Students will research customer’s behavior through sales trends of various companies, analyze the data, create predictive models, and provide recommendations for how to move forward. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Analyzing market data to define different segments based on customer needs. Choosing appropriate metrics to examine the data, and analyzing it using data analysis software to identify trends and correlations. Creating predictive models for various outcomes the market may face. Creating a report with all findings from analysis conducted, including recommendations for next steps.

Digital Marketing & Communications
