Very communicative leader, had a great time working with her!

At Virtual POCT, I was assigned to identify, create, and apply for grants that we qualified for. As this was my first time applying for grants, I had quite a bit to learn. It was difficult at first but through Sousan's guidance and her resources, I was able to adapt quickly and begin my search. Throughout this internship, I understood the importance of grants and the fundamentals of grant writing!

I had a great experience working on this project! I really appreciated the clear communication, supportive guidance, and the chance to contribute to something meaningful. Working with Virtual POCT was an insightful part of our Healthcare Analytics course. While Mana, their AI-driven point-of-care testing management solution, is still in development, its design and potential made a strong impression on us. Even in its pre-implementation phase, MANA represents the forward-thinking innovation that bridges healthcare delivery gaps, particularly in underserved communities. Overall it was a pleasant experience working with Virtual POCT. The team was organized and I feel I obtained skills and information I will continue to use in my field.

I had a positive experience working on the MANA Software Implementation Strategy for pharmacies with Virtual POCT. I'm especially grateful to Sousan for her support throughout the project. She was responsive, easy to communicate with, and consistently provided valuable resources that helped guide our research and shape our approach. Her involvement made a difference. Our team worked well together, and there was a strong sense of collaboration throughout the project. This experience gave me the chance to deepen my understanding of digital health strategy, market sizing, Saas, and the practical aspects of implementing technology in real healthcare settings. I'm thankful for the opportunity and looking forward to more opportunities like this in the future.

Working on the MANA Software Implementation Strategy project with Virtual POCT as part of Level UP February 2025 was a rewarding and growth-oriented experience. The team at MANA Virtual POCT provided a clear vision for the project while encouraging autonomy and critical thinking. I appreciated their willingness to share insights from their extensive experience in laboratory medicine, digital health, and regulatory compliance.

I learned a lot in this project about proper research, how much work it takes to build your own business and the process of it all, and the amount of research that must be done. This was a great experience, and working in a team also taught me a lot. I liked that we helped each other and had a lot of support and resources provided by Sousan.
