This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, and world fashion trends. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.

We would like to collaborate with students to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and marketing strategy development. Students will be assigned to develop some portion of a business plan or a complete business plan depending on the required level of details. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s values, products, and services. Researching our target market and market potential. Researching the industry and competitive landscape. Recommending strategies to improve our positioning, brand, products, and services. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending strategies to differentiate ourselves from our competition.

Promotional Materials and Presentations

Conseil Progressio provides management consulting services to small and medium enterprises. Our clients require assistance in the development of various marketing materials for promotional purposes. The marketing materials may include PPT presentations, fliers, and infographics. We would like to collaborate with students to develop such promotional marketing materials. Based on insights from our marketing team and your research, you will develop the above materials for our various media (email and website communications channels, event activation, printed materials for trade shows) and make recommendations on alternative media to consider such as social media, etc. to bring awareness of products and services in the target markets. The details on the specific products and services will be provided to the students.

Financial Plan

Conseil Progressio provides management consulting services to small and medium enterprises. Our clients require assistance in the development of financial plans to apply for funding. We would like to collaborate with students to develop financial projections for various projects. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Learning about our business strategy from various employees to become familiar with our goals, mission, and products. Creating forecasts using Excel (or another financial software) for sales in the first year of operation as well as an income projection (conservative and aggressive). Working with our team to develop an expense budget. Conducting a break-even analysis timeline using financial projections. Reporting on projected assets and liabilities. Including visual comparisons such as graphs and charts to show the differences between the conservative and aggressive income projections. Conduct market size and market growth research to establish assumptions for financial projections.
