Communications/Marketing Project
The Teacher App aims to create a virtual one-stop-hub for all teachers and their needs. We want teachers to access the mental health services and resources they need at any given time so that they feel supported enough to be there for their students. Right now, our Executive Director is looking for a project manager so she can focus on their company vision rather than managing sub-teams. Here are a few expectations of our project manager: -The communications intern will work on a marketing plan with our marketing team after speaking with the Director, in order to deliver our marketing goals. -They will run the internal show of the team to ensure deadlines are being met and progress is on track. -Check in periodically with the CEO for accountability and receive support from them. -Have a personal interest in mental health and wellbeing: is a plus! *We're looking for motivated, inspired, students who want to pursue marketing as a future career in order to learn all they can learn here with us!

Content creation (Podcast and Newsletter)
TAPP is the first, digital, one-stop-hub for all anonymous community, mental health support, and wellness resources curated to educators. We‘re working on a few outreach items and need your help! This outreach project can be worked on with 2+ people: one half of the team managing our newsletter, and the other managing our podcast. The goal is to put ourselves out there more through email marketing and storytelling. *A strong passion for mental health and education is a huge asset for this project.

Marketing: Social Media Content Creation
Our team is looking to take our social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create social media posts to be uploaded. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google with our website, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following our content calendar/marketing strategy. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Using our company’s social media analytics to tailor the content calendar to our customers activity, rather than general trends

Research Study on Teacher Workload and Technology Integration
This research project examines how teachers across K-12 education manage their administrative workload and utilize technology in their daily work. Through structured 25-minute interviews, we will gather insights about: Current administrative challenges faced by teachers Technology tools currently in use and their effectiveness Gaps in existing solutions and opportunities for improvement The findings will inform Edventive's product development and ensure our solutions directly address teachers' most pressing needs. Interns will be responsible for scheduling and conducting interviews, followed by systematic analysis to identify patterns and actionable insights.
