Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our marketing strategy to attract more customers. We want students to help us build a marketing plan to grow and engage our target market. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our current marketing goals and strategies. Researching how customers perceive our brand and marketing. Recommending new channels we should use for promotion. Identifying an appropriate budget for advertising. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending updates to our messaging that can better explain our value proposition.

Digital Marketing Strategy Enhancement
Astrum Digital is seeking to enhance its current digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. The goal of this project is to analyze the existing marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and content creation, to develop a comprehensive strategy. The project involves researching current trends, analyzing competitor strategies, and proposing actionable recommendations. This will provide learners with practical experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution, aligning with Astrum Digital's objective to strengthen its online presence.

We would like to work with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our companyβs products, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for our company. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending social media management tools to schedule our content.

Market Entry Consulting
This experience focuses on equipping learners with the skills to evaluate market opportunities and develop strategic plans for new ventures. Participants will learn to apply analytical frameworks and strategic thinking to real-world business challenges, particularly in the context of helping a Ugandan coffee producer, Carledorian Connection, enter the U.S. market. Learners will gain hands-on experience in creating value propositions, identifying market obstacles, and crafting actionable recommendations, all while honing their communication and problem-solving skills.
