Roamlii is a digital command centre, supporting the end-to-end digital needs of small to medium sized Canadian tourism businesses...from Discovery & Promotion , to Lead & Inquiry Management , (and soon) to Booking & Scheduling . As we evolve our own technology, and leverage strategic integrations, our focus is the holistic support and growth of the Canadian tourism industry. We're the first and only software company to create a powerful operational command centre for tourism businesses, and we aim to become the most useful platform for local and micro-tourism. Existing platforms primarily showcase popular experiences, leaving much of the industry unsupported. Roamlii stands apart by championing and promoting smaller businesses, aiming for inclusivity across the diverse tourism landscape. In a world dominated by financially-driven algorithms and ads, travellers often miss out on lesser-known, but exceptional, experiences. Roamlii seeks to rectify this imbalance by offering a fairer representation, ensuring a broader discovery of brilliant destinations. Roamlii’s mission is to revolutionize the current landscape of tourism platforms, advocating for fairness and a more comprehensive view of available travel experiences, while providing a full suite of promotional and lead management tools for its business partners, and a suite of discovery tools for its travellers. With this project, we're looking to revamp our social media strategy, including our content pillars. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, brand guidelines, and products and services Research opportunities for enhanced Social Media strategies Define an enhanced approach to our content pillars Implement new content pillars and social media strategy Develop a systematic process to continuously review and update our social media deployments, so they require as little time as possible to maintain Bonus steps in the process would also include: Build a catalogue of opportunities to review further down the road

Business Development for Wouessi Inc.
The main goal for the project is to support Wouessi Inc. with sales, business development, and strategic planning. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Learning about Wouessi Inc.'s vision, mission, and range of services. - Assisting with sales activities such as lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up. - Contributing to business development by researching potential clients and market trends. - Participating in strategic planning sessions to provide input and ideas for future initiatives.

Digital marketing with experience of Ads
The primary goal of this project is to enhance Cyberlobe Technologies' digital presence and lead generation through targeted ad campaigns and social media channel management. By leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, the project aims to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads for our fractional executive technology services. Tasks and Activities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify target audience segments and their online behavior. Analyze competitors' ad strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. Ad Campaign Development: Develop and design compelling ad creatives that align with Cyberlobe's brand guidelines. Craft persuasive ad copy that resonates with our target audience and highlights our unique selling propositions. Platform Management: Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram Ads. Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement tracking mechanisms to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Social Media Channel Management: Create and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Cyberlobe's brand story and business goals. Develop engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, tailored to each social media platform. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community growth. Deliverables: A comprehensive market research report. A strategic ad campaign plan with defined goals and metrics. A series of ad creatives and copy tailored for each platform. Regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. This project will provide the opportunity to work closely with Cyberlobe's leadership team, contributing to our mission of making technology accessible and practical for non-tech businesses.
