The main goal for the project is to increase sales and bring traffic to SB Uniform & Co.'s social media channels, such as Instagram and the company website. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Analyzing the current social media presence and engagement of SB Uniform & Co. - Developing a social media marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales. - Creating engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram and the website. - Implementing targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential customers. - Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the social media marketing efforts and making adjustments as needed.

SEO and Social Media Strategy
Our team is looking to take our social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google. Constructing a content calendar to upload social media content for the maximum possible traffic . Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Using our companyβs social media analytics to tailor the content calendar to our customers activity, rather than general trends

Sales Process Optimization
Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook.

Analyzing Sales Trends for Clothing Brand
We believe we have a good handle on our customer but we are lacking some knowledge into the acquisition of our customers. It is important for us to go back to the data we have on our sales process to determine key trends and patterns that will help us make informed decisions for the future of our business. Some areas that we hope to analyze include, but are not limited to, sales cycle length, average sale price, average ROI/customer, buying behaviours, etc.
