Working, with the MacEwan University student has been an amazing experience.

The students created a comprehensive presentation and final project which addresses how to manage stress amidst life transitions. They focused on promoting skills around cognitive restructuring and mindfulness which provided them a deeper understanding of coping strategies to reduce stress. The students were professional and communicative during the process and it was evident that they were interested in learning more!

Great experience working with the educators, WINL staff and Biol 467 professor. Communication was primarily between WINL staff, students and myself. Great communication. Great project with outcomes that were relevant and delivered on time.
