Details

Quadratic Sound is seeking to transition its current website from the Wix platform to a more robust and flexible static site architecture. The goal is to clone the existing website and redeploy it using modern web technologies, specifically React for the front-end, and AWS for hosting. This project will involve setting up AWS services, including static site hosting and Lambda functions for handling email functionalities. Additionally, the deployment process will be automated using GitHub Actions to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow. This project provides an excellent opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of web development, cloud services, and continuous integration/deployment practices.

- Clone the existing Wix-based website using AI tools

- Rebuild the website using React.

- Deploy the static site on AWS.

- Implement Lambda functions for email handling.

- Automate deployment with GitHub Actions.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a fully functional static website hosted on AWS, replicating the current design and functionality of the Quadratic Sound site. Additionally, the project will deliver a set of Lambda functions to manage email interactions and a GitHub Actions workflow to automate the deployment process. Documentation detailing the setup and deployment process will also be provided.
