Details

Quadratic Sound aims to streamline its booking process by leveraging artificial intelligence to automate the conversion of text inquiries into confirmed bookings. The project involves developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) server that enables an AI agent to interact with the Checkfront API for booking management. The AI will extract relevant information from email content using the Google Scripts environment and the Gmail API, allowing for seamless integration and automation. This project provides learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of AI, API integration, and server development in a real-world context. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience by reducing manual intervention in the booking process.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a functional MVP server that facilitates AI-driven booking through the Checkfront API. Learners will also deliver a comprehensive documentation package detailing the system architecture, codebase, and integration process. Additionally, a demonstration of the AI agent successfully converting email text into bookings will be required, showcasing the system's effectiveness and reliability.
