Working with the team at Alcove Ridge was incredibly easy and enjoyable. From the very start of our project it became clear that this is a team that values open communication and accountability. As an early career software developer, any questions I had were received with open arms. I'm sure you can imagine how encouraging this is if you're on the same boat. Mind you, I was never really given the answer outright, mostly guiding questions and the occasional advice or redirection. That style of collaboration suited my personal preferences, as I learn best when being challenged. The culture is very casual, yet organized. The project management tools and methods they use allow for smoothly working independently or as a team. Overall, I'm very happy to have gotten the chance to work with the team at Alcove Ridge.
