The main goal of this project is to create a comprehensive analysis of Athletes Nation One's competitive landscape and to develop a strategy for market expansion. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Analyzing the current competitive landscape of Athletes Nation One and its competitors.


- Developing a social media campaign strategy for Athletes Nation One.


- Creating a market expansion report for Athletes Nation One and its products.


- Conducting user testing on Athletes Nation One's new product (our online training app) and providing an analysis on the results. We want this to be our next big project as we can reach a much wider audience. We have always been so focused on our in house work that we have never tried to push our knowledge outside. During covid we have been mastering our app and are now ready to push it to the masses.


- Reviewing and auditing Athletes Nation One's privacy policy against industry standards and best practices.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of Athletes Nation One's competitive landscape and its competitors.


- Development of a social media campaign strategy for Athletes Nation One.


- Creation of a market expansion report for Athletes Nation One and its products.


- Conducting user testing on Athletes Nation One's new product and providing an analysis on the results.


- Reviewing and auditing Athletes Nation One's privacy policy against industry standards and best practices.

Mentorship

This is an opportunity for someone to build up and potentially run our online presence even after the trial. We are always so focused on our expertise which is training athletes that we somehow lack the ability to consistently be producing marketing materials and ads to continue to build up leads and open a new market in online clients.
