PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The goal of my company is to provide a new housing option for seniors through developing cohousing communities. Our design of the cohousing communities revolve around activities that will enhance the social life of seniors and their wellbeing. One of our core principles is to develop these communities in a way that makes it affordable to the majority of seniors. Another aspect of the project is that part of the development will be used for tourism, either for seniors who would like just to visit or employees who work remotely and would be interested in renting a place in a resort like environment.

I am attaching two pictures of the design I would like to develop in addition to a Fly through video for a cohousing community.

I would like to develop these communities in Ontario. One of the challenges we are having what would be the best location to develop such communities? Which cities in Ontario would be good fit to start a new platform for seniors?
