Details

Julie Lewis is seeking a comprehensive strategy plan for a 3-year art exhibition journey, focusing on maximizing opportunities with museums, international venues, and the Canada Council for the Arts. The project aims to develop a roadmap that aligns with the organization's vision and enhances its presence in the art world. Learners will analyze current trends in art exhibitions, identify potential partnerships, and explore funding opportunities, particularly in the realm of science and art integration. The project will require a thorough understanding of the art exhibition landscape, strategic planning skills, and the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights. The goal is to create a strategic plan that positions Julie Lewis for success in the competitive art exhibition circuit.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed strategic plan document outlining the 3-year art exhibition journey. This document will include a timeline of proposed exhibitions, potential museum and international partnerships, and a strategy for engaging with the Canada Council for the Arts. Additionally, the plan will provide recommendations for integrating 4 international opportunities/exhibitions and identify key funding opportunities and schedules for application. The final deliverable will be a presentation summarizing the strategic plan and its key components.
