I am seeking to do this by increasing my visibility with the public.
The main goal for the project is to increase the number of racially diverse therapists, anti-racist practitioners, and reduce the taboo about mental health from historically disadvantaged communities.
This will involve managing, maintaining, and engaging on the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
The goal is to increase growth by a minimum of 100-200 followers on each platform by the end of the contract.
Seeking Masters level student/previous experience is an asset.

Based on the 80 hour time limit which the student will be working for:

Content can be either podcast material clips generated using OpusClip or images small excerpts from my books (especially related to events in the news or prominent in social media) accompanied by music or animation. This task encompasses creating and scheduling posts, ensuring a steady stream of content aligned with our brand message.
2. Content Creation and Editing (25 hours total): This involves producing and editing podcasts, video clips or images, alongside crafting engaging descriptions for each post. The focus will be on creating high-quality, relevant content that resonates with our audience.
3. Engagement and Interaction (10 hours total): The student will actively engage with followers and potential clients, managing responses to comments and messages. This task is crucial for building a community and fostering a positive brand image.
4. Growth and Engagement Reports (5 hours total): Depending on the studentβs work schedule (whether weekly, bi-weekly), the student will provide reports detailing the growth in followers, engagement rates, and insights gained from social media activities.
5. Final Project Presentation and Reflection (5 hours total): At the end of the project, the student will present a summary of their work, results, and learnings. They will also submit a reflection journal documenting their experiences and growth during the project.
