Dancing DJ Andre, a renowned local DJ in Ottawa, seeks to enhance his promotional materials with dynamic action shots and engaging videos from his live events. The goal of this project is to provide DJ Andre with a collection of high-quality photographs and short video clips that capture the energy and excitement of his performances. Students will have the opportunity to apply their skills in photography and videography, focusing on capturing the essence of live music events. This project will involve attending a series of DJ Andre's events in Ottawa, where students will be responsible for documenting the atmosphere, audience interaction, and DJ Andre's performance style. By participating in this project, students will gain practical experience in event photography and videography, as well as an understanding of how to work with clients in the entertainment industry.

The deliverables for this project include a curated collection of 20-30 high-quality photographs and 5-10 short video clips (30-60 seconds each) showcasing DJ Andre's performances. Students will also provide a brief written report summarizing their approach and techniques used in capturing the footage. The final deliverables should be edited and ready for use in DJ Andre's promotional materials, highlighting the vibrant atmosphere of his events.
