Re:Pair Genomics Inc. is seeking to expand its collaborative network by establishing research agreements and partnerships with academic labs, non-profit organizations, and industry leaders. The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive proposal template that can be customized for potential partners. This template will outline the mutual benefits, objectives, and potential outcomes of a partnership with Re:Pair Genomics. The project will involve researching existing partnership models, identifying key elements that contribute to successful collaborations, and incorporating these findings into a structured proposal format. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of strategic communication, research methodologies, and industry analysis.

Re:Pair Genomics uses AI to design compact synthetic promoters, which are DNA
sequences required for gene therapies to target specific cell types. Rather than
spending six months to a year to design and validate promoters manually, our
algorithm can produce designs ready for testing within a day.
