Details

Art Works, a company specializing in placing art as well as providing custom framing, framed mirrors & installation services, is seeking to streamline its administrative functions to enhance efficiency and reduce labor-intensive processes. The current system involves cumbersome tasks such as managing client purchases for McDonald's, creating comprehensive quotes, and handling art approvals and returns. Additionally, the company faces challenges in reviewing supplier bills to ensure accurate charges. The goal of this project is to develop an AI-driven solution that automates these processes, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors. By leveraging AI, the project aims to create a seamless workflow that integrates quoting, order processing, and billing verification, ultimately improving operational efficiency and accuracy.

Deliverables

The project will deliver an AI-based prototype system that automates key administrative tasks for Art Works. This includes an automated quoting tool, an order processing system, and a billing verification module. The team will provide a comprehensive report detailing the system's functionality, implementation process, and potential impact on operational efficiency. Additionally, a user manual and training session will be provided to ensure smooth adoption by Art Works staff.
