Marketing coordinator, Google Ads, We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, managing content, and tracking results to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Coordinate content creation for email marketing, social media, blogs, and website updates
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for design, printing, and promotional materials
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for campaigns and promotions
  • Support event planning and logistics for trade shows, webinars, and client-facing events
  • Maintain marketing assets, including brand guidelines, image libraries, and promotional items
  • Work on, create or manage websites

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual (French/English) considered a strong asset

  • Email Campaigns – A promotional newsletter designed, written, tested, and scheduled
