My employer for this project was great at providing me with guidance by still maintaining freedom so that I could come up with my own ideas for this project. She was always making herself available to me in case I had any questions and was able to provide me with materials that were effective at providing me with what I was in need of help. She was considerate when I fell behind on tasks with changing timelines. Overall, I highly recommend working with this employer as she cares lots and will go above and beyond to help.
