It was a pleasure to work with Shanaya for the month of March. She really took the time to focus on her core work plan activities, and asked for feedback/clarification when needed. She took a lot of initiative in developing a sponsorship/partnership strategy for SATWC's pilot mentorship program, and we will be able to use these resources and approach in future outreach activities.
