I would work with Mattea again if she is interested in practicing using the skills that she learned in this work placement. I would request that we meet more frequently so that we could support her more.

Mattea is a pleasant and helpful team member. Mattea missed some meetings and did not follow up with tasks as direct. I feel that something may have been going on for her, better communication could have allowed us to be more supportive.
