I enjoyed working with Robert on this project through the Advance Ontario cohort. He came prepared with a detailed plan and effectively delegated work based on team members' strengths and expertise. Robert maintained good communication throughout the project with regular check-ins that kept everyone on track with goals and timelines. When challenges came up, he addressed them quickly through team meetings where he listened to different perspectives. He was effective at identifying when he needed additional expertise and bringing in the right people to help. The work environment was focused and collaborative, making it easy to work with other team members. The project was well-organized both from Robert's leadership and Crow Report's structure. I would be happy to work with Robert again on future projects.
