Unfortunately, my experience working with Ayan was quite disappointing. He ultimately did not complete the project and stopped responding entirely after May 1st, without any notice or explanation. He frequently missed scheduled meetings without providing a heads-up, which led to me having to cancel 1:1 sessions due to a complete lack of communication.
There was a noticeable lack of responsibility and professionalism throughout the engagement. Additionally, Ayan struggled with administrative organization, which caused unnecessary confusion for the rest of the team. While it’s absolutely acceptable — and encouraged — to ask questions when unclear, disengaging without communication is not acceptable in any professional environment.
This experience highlighted a need for significant development in accountability, communication, and organizational skills.
