Sophia helped to analyze global market trends in CRM tool usage. Her research was thorough and insightful, providing a clear understanding of industry developments and emerging trends. Sophia’s research was able to present the current industry landscape and actionable proposals to help direct our product to compete. This included what regions to begin building a product community, and other tips to maximize the growing trend of CRM usage in SMEs across geographical locations.

The students - Gino, Mac, Sophia and Sydney were fantastic to work with. They were true to their word on delivery, maintaining regular weekly sessions to share progress and ask thoughtful questions. They demonstrated excellent research skills with minimal guidance, showing great initiative. I also liked that they had a team lead - Gino, who organized everything so well, and gave clarity on distribution of work, expected outputs and coordinated the documentation. Their final presentation was well-prepared, providing concrete next steps and clear direction for my product. Overall, they were not only professional but also had great personalities, making the collaboration an enjoyable experience.
